Polyaspartic Coatings

The material we install on every job, explained. Why polyaspartic beats epoxy. Why our 5-layer system lasts 20+ years.

Why everything we install is polyaspartic-grade

Material chemistry isn’t a marketing detail.

The single biggest difference between a floor that lasts 3 years and a floor that lasts 20 is the chemistry of what’s actually on the slab.

Most concrete coatings sold today are epoxy. Cheaper to make, faster to apply, fine when nothing’s stressing it. Park a hot tire on it, leak some brake fluid, hit it with summer UV for a season, and it starts to fail.

What we install is polyaspartic – the next-generation coating chemistry. It cures faster (one day vs three), stays flexible (handles slab movement), holds up to UV (won’t yellow in Raleigh-Durham sun), and resists the chemicals that destroy unprotected concrete (oil, brake fluid, solvents, deicer salt).

The cost difference per square foot is real. The lifespan difference is bigger. We’ve never installed anything else.

Floor services in Raleigh–Durham

Every floor system, spec’d for Raleigh–Durham.

Across the Triangle, humidity and clay-driven moisture are the constant. Damp pushes up through untreated slabs in Raleigh, Durham, and the fast-growing towns between them, and mild freeze-thaw reopens cracks that were never sealed. Getting the moisture right at prep is what separates a floor that lasts from one that blisters. The region’s tech-corridor growth means a mix of brand-new garages and older Durham slabs, and each needs its own moisture read before a coating goes down.

We bring all of it to Raleigh–Durham and the Triangle — garage, commercial, decorative, patio and pool deck, basement and interior, and polyaspartic coatings — and match the spec to what local conditions actually demand. Across Durham, Cary, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Garner, Zebulon, Chapel Hill, and Apex, the right system depends on humid summers, clay soils, and moderate freeze-thaw cycles, not a one-size catalog.

Across the Triangle, we install in Durham, Cary, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Garner, Zebulon, Chapel Hill, and Apex and neighborhoods like Hope Valley, Woodcroft, Northgate Park, Trinity Park, Forest Hills, Croasdaile Farm, Falconbridge, and Watts-Hillandale.
